This is being held at the Lake of Mentieth - enjoy the experience of going between the sauna and the Lake, for hot and cold therapy - great for both physical and metal wellbeing. After the sauna there's an open invitation to join us for a cuppa in the hotel (15% discount for sauna users on all food and drink).


This being held by Phil & Susie from Pause & Breathe. It's £20 per person to join us, this gives access to the sauna for an hour.


This will be held on Saturday 29th November 2-3pm. Please bring whatever you need for the sauna and lake - you'll need a swimwear, water shoes and two towels. The sauna is booked from 2-3pm, and we can head into the hotel afterwards for a hot drink to warm up.

Meet your facilitators:
Phil is a well-recognised Martial Arts teacher, specialising in Japanese Ju-Jitsu. Phil is a 7th Dan, and has been inducted into the World's Martial Arts Hall of Fame as National Instructor of the Year (2023). Phil has over 45 years experience in Martial Arts. He has his own club, Kuroyaki-Ryu, which is part of Pause & Breathe. Phil has been teaching Qi Gong for Pause & Breathe since 2019, he specialises in energy and is a Reiki Master.


Susie is the co-founder of Pause & Breathe - a social enterprise that prioritises making wellbeing fully accessible. She is an accredited Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness teacher, Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator, Qi Gong and Chair Yoga Facilitator and is currently training to teach Nia Dance. Susie is passionate about creating safe spaces where participants can form connections and find community. She works with people to help them find self-acceptance, emotional balance and to get to know themselves better.
