We are so excited to welcome you to our 4th Wellbeing Circle retreat — held once again in the beautiful surroundings of Loch Ard.

Join us this summer for a deeply nourishing full-day experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect and reset.

This is your invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a beautifully held space of nature, connection and restoration.

From uplifting morning movement and breathwork, to restorative therapies, sauna and guided loch dooks, through to drumming, sound healing, crystals and deep evening rest - every part of the day has been thoughtfully designed to support your wellbeing.
