Step into Spring with intention, ease and a sense of renewal.
Join us for a beautiful afternoon of Yoga, Sound Healing & Connection in the tranquil Adelaide Hills. This Spring Harmony Mini Retreat invites you to pause, soften and realign as the season changes and fresh energy begins to bloom.
Our afternoon begins with a nurturing Yin Yoga practice led by Jen from Roaming Zen, with a special focus on the Wood Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This element is connected to the liver and gallbladder meridian channels, supporting creativity, vision, flexibility and emotional flow — the perfect focus for Spring.
You’ll then be guided into deep rest with a soothing Sound Bath Meditation with Chris from Harmonic Essence, followed by a warm and nourishing vegetarian supper shared in community.
