This Saturday, the 13th of September, we are hosting a guided Sound & Breathwork session at the beautiful foothills of Mt Lofty in Waterfall Gully. The location is known as 1st Falls and is a treasure of a location.

Joining our usual facilitators will be Tom McGrath— aka tom/me who will be allowing his musical artistry to organically flow as, with and through the energy of the breathwork and community connection.

This unique combination of intuitive music and flowing facilitation will offer those in attendance an opportunity to groove and let go into the presence of themselves and the energy of the space. Natures guiding hand will be with us all the way as we are invited to trust the moment, trust ourselves, trust the breath and let the magic rise :)

Tom McGrath— aka tom/me, is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer who speaks one language: music. Raised on the wild rhythms of South Australia and refined by years of global exploration, tom/me bends genre lines with effortless feel. His sound fuses rhythms, genres and textures into something that feels like movement, breath, and memory all at once.

We will be situated near the big Waterfall. So once you've found a park just walk towards the Waterfall and you will find us no worries. The session will begin at 10am so make sure you arrive in good time as parking at Waterfall Gully can be quite busy. Maybe its a good idea to drive in with friends! :) 

To be comfortable and ready for the session bring along any rugs, towels, cushions you may need. *Note* the ground is not the sandy beach we are used to so an extra rug or mat wouldnt go astray. 

Any donations for the event would be much appreciated, we will have our donation jar as per usual.
