Join us for a unique event to celebrate the imminent release of our Second Release whisky. We'll be tasting our First and Second releases side-by-side out on the deck of our home and distillery.
We'll be reaching into our Cellar Reserves to offer drams of our sold-out 'First Release,' an American Oak ex-Port cask-strength Single Malt which we released half of for sale in 2024. The other half went into a 25L French Oak ex-PX cask for another 12 month of ageing, and will be released for sale as 18 bottles only in December. It will be fascinating to taste what this extra time, oak and finish has added to our First Release single malt.
In addition to our first and second release whiskies, you can also add in a dram of one of three cool and interesting Tasmanian whiskies for comparison purposes.
