A gentle, trauma-informed yoga and embodied coaching experience designed to help you tune inward, release tension, and reconnect with calm and confidence this holiday season.
Each week, you’ll explore how stress, expectations, and emotions live in the body — and learn to gently move them through breath, mindful movement, and reflection. Guided by principles of woman-centred coaching, you’ll uncover and release holiday-limiting beliefs, such as “I have to hold it all together” or “I don’t have time for myself,” replacing them with self-compassion, empowerment, and ease.
This practice invites curiosity rather than perfection — a space to listen to your body, honour your emotions, and make choices that feel nourishing moment to moment. It’s excellent for healing the mind, body, and soul, and cultivating inner peace that lasts well beyond the holidays.
