We’re pleased to introduce a brand new weekly Tai Chi class at The Summit Community Centre in Norton Summit, starting Tuesday 28 April.

Join Satomi, a certified instructor with the Tai Chi for Health Institute (TCHI), who brings many years of experience to this gentle, supportive class.

? Tai chi is a low‑impact practice that supports balance, mobility, relaxation and overall wellbeing. Originating in ancient China, it nurtures the mind, body and spirit and is suitable for all experience levels.

? Tuesdays
⏰ 10:30am – 11:30am 
? The Summit Community Centre, Norton Summit
? Weekly sessions (multiple dates available)
✅ Registration is essential while the class is being established.
