Bring water. Dry heat only. If you are new to heat, we will start gently and build. Not suitable if you are pregnant, have unstable cardiovascular disease, a fever, or are under the influence of alcohol. If you have a medical condition, please check with your GP first.

Ground-floor access via gym entrance. The pod is a head-out, lie-down dome. If you have mobility considerations, email us and we will talk you through getting in and out comfortably.

Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. If you cannot make your time, we can move you to a later date.
