Looking for a way to improve strength, flexibility and inner calm? Join Flo Benattar for weekly Hatha Yoga at The Summit Community Centre!

This welcoming class is perfect for beginners through to intermediate yogis and includes guided relaxation and meditation to help you unwind midweek.
