- **Event Description**: This 6 week mediation group is a place you can leave the hustle and bustle behind. 


It is a place where you can ‘BE’. 


Group meditations can be quite profound/powerful as our energies support each other and over the weeks our energies will build.


During the group you will experience guided meditations on a certain theme. At the first session we can see what themes/issues resonate most with the group. Each week will build on from the last. 

The practice of meditation supports our nervous system, and reduces stress, anxiety and depression. Emotional regulation is improved along with focus and self awareness.


If you would like to have 1 ½ hours every Friday morning for 6 weeks to spend on YOU, then join us.


Tickets are for the 6 weeks.
$180.00 per package
