Join The Wellbeing Circle and Swim Outside for a relaxed morning of cold-water dipping and a wander through the woods. We’ll meet at Pendreich Car Park (FK9 4LT) at 10:30am, walk down to the reservoir for a dook (or even just a paddle!), then return via the forest path above Bridge of Allan - muddy, scenic and soul-soothing.

It’s cold - let’s not kid ourselves - but your body is truly amazing and will heat up again as long as you bring plenty of warm layers (aye, even that extra jumper).

? What to bring:
   •   Swimwear (costume, shorts, whatever feels right)
   •   Towel
   •   Swim shoes or old trainers
   •   Warm, comfy layers for after
   •   A big smile on yer coupon!

This is no catwalk — wear what’s cosy, get a bit mucky, and chill the funk oot. If the bairns are coming, even better — they’ll be entertained watching the grown-ups brave the cold!
