About the event
🌊 Free Cold Water Dip @ Cocksburn Reservoir
Join The Wellbeing Circle and Swim Outside for a refreshing cold water dip at the beautiful Cocksburn Reservoir, guided by our STA-qualified open water swim coach.
We’ll meet at Pendreich Carpark (FK9 4LT) at 10.30am and enjoy a relaxed walk (approx. 3km total) through the woods to the reservoir. The return journey is along a muddy woodland path – please bring walking shoes you don’t mind getting muddy!
Once there, you can take a full dip, a paddle or simply enjoy the forest and water atmosphere.
✨ No experience needed – come as you are and dip as much or as little as you like. All welcome! ✨
What to bring:
🟣 Swimsuit (or wetsuit if needed)
🟣 Swim shoes
🟣 Towel
🟣 Warm layers
🟣 Walking shoes (that can get muddy)
🟣 Flask of hot drink
