The session will involve periods of gentle walking, alongside a series of invitations (activities) to encourage relaxation, mindfulness, and nature connection. The term ‘bathing’ relates to bathing in the atmosphere of the woodland/forest environment and does not involve water.You do not need to be really fit to enjoy this session (we won't be walking very far!), but there may be areas of uneven terrain and/or a few (small) inclines. If you have mobility concerns then please get in touch so we can discuss the route and work with you to ensure this is suitable.This session is catered towards adults or young adults who do not need supervision and are comfortable spending time in silence.We will meet in the carpark opposite the golf/sports pavillion on the University of Stirling campus (what3words ///paddock.advantage.yell) @1:00pm and will be out for around 2hrs.
