Clay-fullness Retreat: Where Soul Meets Earth

Join us for a nourishing, one-day retreat in the peaceful Adelaide Hills, designed to reconnect you with your creativity, intuition, and inner calm.

Led by experienced community artist and integrative arts facilitator Connie Giacoumis, this gentle, therapeutic experience invites women to explore intuitive hand-building using clay, meditation, music, and symbolic expression.

Throughout the day, you’ll create your own Sacred Vessel — a meaningful piece that reflects your inner story and creative spirit. No artistic experience is required — just an open heart.

This retreat includes:
– Guided visualisation meditation
– Drawing & journaling prompts
– Hands-on clay creation using natural textures & symbols
– Gentle sharing circles
– Nourishing vegetarian lunch & refreshments
– All materials provided

Spaces are limited and a minimum of 12 participants is required for the retreat to go ahead. If this number is not met, a full refund will be issued via Humanitix.

A participant waiver will be emailed to you after booking and must be returned before the retreat.
