Then, Lesley, a Medical Herbalist, will guide you through an engaging discussion, followed by a hands-on practical session where you’ll create simple, seasonal herbal remedies to support everyday wellbeing.
We’ll close with a nourishing guided relaxation to integrate the learning, soothe the body and leave you feeling grounded and restored.
