You might know something needs to change but feel uncertain about where to begin. This sound healing experience offers time away from those demands. You’ll have an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and reflect on what genuinely nourishes you. There’s no expectation to figure everything out. Come with whatever is on your mind and give yourself permission to rest. 🎶 The Sound Healing Experience Throughout the session, you’ll be immersed in the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gentle percussion, vocal toning, and channeled Light Language. Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls create sustained tones and resonances that provide a focal point for listening and relaxation. Gentle percussion introduces rhythm and texture, while vocal toning adds another dimension to the sound experience. Channeled Light Language, an intuitive form of vocal expression used in some spiritual practices, will be woven throughout the session.
