We begin with simple warm-up exercises and 1–3 mindful movements to release the tension and stress of the day. Movement prepares the nervous system & mind for meditation, allowing energy to flow freely and awareness to expand.

Once the body is open and the mind centered, you’ll be guided into a Kundalini-based meditation accompanied by a 30-40 minute gong sound bath during the meditation, allowing for a more powerful experience of resonance and restoration. This class is for you if you have a monkey mind or find your can't stop your thoughts during meditation. 

The gong is often called the spirit’s song... the echo of creation itself, the sound within all sounds. Its vibration supports emotional release, energetic clearing, and a return to your natural state of peace and wholeness.
