Candlelit Rest & Restore + Sound Bath is a sanctuary for rest, relaxation, and energetic alignment. Through restorative yoga, your body will be gently supported with props in soothing postures designed to melt away tension and invite peace. As you surrender into stillness, the calming sounds of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes will wash over you, guiding you into a state of deep healing and spiritual ease.
This practice nourishes the nervous system, relieves stress, and clears energetic blockages—creating space for grounding, clarity, and balance. Perfect for all levels, no yoga experience is required. 🌸
