In this class we will go over the basics of creating elderberry syrups by combining your choice of immune-enhancing, anti-viral, warming and calming herbs. We will also explore recipes to find a syrup that tastes great to you, targets specific issues, and can be used for adults, children, and people with dietary restrictions. You will leave with a sample of syrup from class so please bring your own small bottle (4 oz or less). 

The class is limited to 10 people so sign up early.

Cost: $5/ free for co-op owners

The class will be held at River Market conference room, 221 Main St., N., Stillwater.
