Celebrate the energy of the Summer Solstice with Align Team members Margie & Ali during a peaceful evening on the water designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore. While the official solstice arrives on June 21, we’ll gather on the eve of the longest days of the year to honor the season of light, growth, reflection, and renewal.

This unique lakeside experience blends gentle paddleboarding, guided meditation, meaningful connection, and a floating sound bath under the open sky. Whether you’re new to paddleboarding or experienced on the water, this event is designed to feel welcoming, grounding, and deeply relaxing.

We’ll begin with light movement, breathwork, and an opportunity to connect with like-minded women before heading onto the lake. As the sun begins to set, Ali will guide a calming floating sound bath experience on the water. Surrounded by nature, soothing sound waves and meditation will help ease stress, quiet the mind, and create space for stillness and renewal.

Saturday, June 20 | 6:30–8:30 PM
$60 per person

Location:  Perch Lake, Hudson, WIsconsin

Participants are asked to bring their own paddleboard or may rent one through Perch Lake.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, connected, and nourished — mind, body, and soul.
