This event is for ANYONE, all are welcome and encouraged to join us. Come and “fill up your cup” with us. 

All props and material provided, no experience necessary. Prepare to relax and unwind. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow or other props for a comfortable deep rest.
