Living with Alzheimer's for Caregivers - Lunch and Learn

Join us on Tuesday, August 5 from 11:45 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Goodman Family Hall at The Lodge for the second session of our three-part program on Living with Alzheimer's for Caregivers. This event will be presented by the Alzheimer's Association: Minnesota - North Dakota Chapter.

In the early stage of Alzheimer’s disease, families face new questions as they adjust. What does the diagnosis mean? What kinds of plans need to be made? What resources are available to help? This program provides practical answers to the questions that arise in the early stage. Hear from those directly affected and learn what you can do to cope with the changes that come with an early-stage diagnosis.

During this session, attendees will learn about working with a care team, disclosing the diagnosis to others in your circle of friends and family, work issues, and the community resources that may be of help in the early stages.

Lunch will be served during the presentation, with optional tours of The Lakes at Stillwater to follow.
