Blood Drive donation requirements include: 
- You must be at least 17 years old (16 years old with signed parent/legal guardian consent form) and weigh at least 110 pounds.
- Be in general good health. You can’t have a cold, fever, flu or sore throat.
- Make sure you eat a good meal prior to donating and drink plenty of water.
- Please bring a valid I.D. with you (Driver’s License, Student I.D., State I.D., etc.)

Additional giving opportunities include: 
- Donate blood Oct. 20-Nov. 16 for a chance to win a $10 e-gift card and a shot at a $5000 grand prize!
- Help fill the shelves at Valley Outreach – bring a canned good to donate. Most-needed items: canned produce, pantry spices, oils and condiments, canned meats, kids’ snacks, and flour and sugar.
- Stop by The Lakes at Stillwater marketing table and schedule a personal tour. Learn more about our special incentives.
