There is something profoundly healing about slowing down enough to truly savour a warm cup of tea.

As autumn gently invites us inward, I invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into a peaceful afternoon where every element has been thoughtfully woven together to help you soften, breathe, and simply be.

This is more than an afternoon tea. It is a sacred ceremony of presence—a chance to nourish your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through intentional practices that honour rest, stillness, and mindful living.

Together, we will experience:

✨ A sacred welcome and sage & Palo Santo cleansing ritual
✨ Gentle breathwork and guided meditation
✨ A deeply restorative yoga practice supported with bolsters, blankets, and props
✨ A mindful tea ceremony, where we will gather together in a ceremonial circle and be guided through meditation and breath awareness as we savour each sip with intention, allowing the simple act of drinking tea to become a practice of presence.
✨ Yoga Nidra
✨ A crystal singing bowl sound bath

Every element of this afternoon has been thoughtfully curated to invite you out of the busyness of the mind and back into the wisdom of the body. Together, we will embrace the gentle rhythm of autumn—slowing down, breathing deeply, and allowing ourselves to simply receive.

As the afternoon comes to a close, you’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and gently held—carrying the peace of the ceremony with you long after you step back into the rhythm of everyday life.
Investment: $65 per person

This gathering is intentionally limited to 10 participants, allowing for a deeply personal and intimate experience.

If your heart is longing for a quiet pause, this is your invitation.
I would be honoured to share this beautiful afternoon with you. 🤍
