A Holiday Gathering of Yoga, Intention & Energetic Gift-Giving

This December, let’s come together in sacred, heart-centered community for a very special holiday gathering. Think of it as a gentle twist on the classic holiday exchange—crystals instead of cookies, and intention instead of sugar ✨.

We’ll begin with a grounding Echoes of Om yoga practice ?‍♀️, flowing into a Crystal Exchange Ceremony ?. Sip warm tea ☕, enjoy a few seasonal treats ?, and let yourself melt into a soothing sound bath ?—perfect for reflection, renewal, and heartfelt connection.

✨ Note: This event will be in lieu of our regular Monday evening class, so our usual practice becomes a special holiday gathering this week.

Each guest is invited to bring 17 small crystals, simple and intuitive (about $1–$3 each), along with a small tag or note sharing the crystal’s name, its energetic or healing properties, and a word, mantra, or blessing you wish to pass along ?. Through the exchange, you’ll leave with a full set of crystals, each one carrying the energy and intention of someone in our circle. Be sure to bring a small pouch or container to hold your new collection ✨.

? The evening includes a 60-minute Echoes of Om yoga session, the crystal exchange and intention setting, tea, light refreshments, holiday treats, and a closing sound bath for deep integration and peace ?.
