Berrien County Parkinson Support Group Annual Picnic
WHEN: Thursday, August 14th
TIME: 11:00am pavilion is available. Eating starts @ Noon
WHERE: Community Center- Lincoln Charter Township Park. Located on South Roosevelt Rd behind the Lincoln Township Library.
We are going to have a “Salad Show Down” this year. To participate make a salad and enter it into the contest. We will assign each salad a number and by secret ballot pick which one is the best. There are no individual categories, it just must fit the definition of a “salad.” Examples would be green salad, vegetable salad, pasta or legume salad, meat or seafood salad and fruit salad. Deserts don’t count as a salad. If you do not want to do a salad, then bring your favorite dish. There will be an award given out for the “best” salad.
A small chicken tenders tray and a small all meat tray have been ordered for our meat dishes.
Please bring your own table settings and beverage of choice.
If you have one of our Berrien County Parkinson Support Group T-shirts, please wear it.
We will be playing Bingo after lunch. If you are planning on playing, please bring along a small “prize” that we can use to award the winners.
