Bee-Attuned is a full-day Spring Equinox ceremony devoted to breath, body, sound, and integration—guided by the wisdom of the hive. Bees remind us how to move with rhythm, devotion, and collective harmony. This gathering is about slowing down enough to listen… and remembering how to belong to yourself again.

Through somatic movement, neurodynamic breathwork, and immersive sound therapy, we will gently awaken the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and attune to the natural intelligence of spring. This is not about forcing transformation—but allowing it to unfold organically, like blossoms opening to the sun.

We will close with mandala integration to anchor insights and intentions, followed by a shared lunch to ground and nourish the body in community.
