You Honk We Donate (The Warming Center)

Government spending is up this year (despite DOGE), making lower taxes seem unlikely.

You’re getting hit by tariff-related inflation.

You’re bracing yourself before checking your big beautiful health care premium info for next year.

Now the cost to heat your home - if you’re fortunate enough to have one - is predicted to rise 7.6% this winter.

The fine folks at Stevens Point Community Outreach are also contending with these price hikes for the Warming Center.

But together we can make sure no one freezes this winter.

Each honking vehicle is $2 to the Warming Center.

Hold a sign to encourage more honks. Or drive by and lay on the horn.
