Sound Bath Meditation - Pop Up

Join Mariah Rose for a grounding sound bath meditation shaped by stillness, gratitude, and ease. Crystal alchemy bowls, gong, chimes, and other soothing instruments will guide you into spacious rest, helping you soften the body and quiet the mind.

You’ll be guided through gentle breath, visualization, and restorative sound. This experience is accessible for all bodies and can be experienced lying down or seated. Bring any comforts you love; a blanket, eye mask, or pillow to allow yourself to fully relax.
