Learn the basics of using essential oils with Nickky from Solace Grief and Death!

In this class, we'll cover everything you need to know to get started (or continue on your journey!) incorporating essential oils into your life. Learn how to select a quality oil, the difference between application methods, and why and how to dilute essential oils while focusing on oils commonly used for pain, anxiety, and sleep. Each person will be able to customize their own Essential Oil Roller Bottle to take home with them!

The cost of this class is $20 per person and includes all materials needed to make 1 essential oil roller bottle and 1 mocktail beverage.
