Non refundable Deposit of $20 is required at time of registration. 
Non Refundable Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to event

Hotels in Stettler (10 minute drive) - Canalta, Ramada, Super 8
Room for Holiday trailers, at the Erskine Hall weather permitting (no services)

Meals not included
Kitchen available to prepare your own meals
Travel to restaurants in the area—Erskine Grill, or restaurants in Stettler
Bottled Water, Coffee and Tea provided
