What to wear:

* Footwear that is supportive and can get dirty (hiking boots with ankle support are recommended). Must be closed- toe shoes. There are some mild hills and rough, rocky terrain on the hike.

*Dress for the weather, we’ll be outdoors & moving slowly to reflect on our surroundings

This event is for adults and teens ages 16 and up.

Event is rain or shine!  In the case of severe inclement weather, we will contact participants.
