Intentional Release is a 2-hour guided experience designed to help you clear mental clutter, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity.

We’ll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow to open the body and settle the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided through reflective journaling prompts focused on release, recalibration, and forward intention. We’ll close with an immersive sound bowl meditation to anchor everything you’ve uncovered.

This is a space to:
• Let go of what feels heavy

• Reflect on what’s working

• Recommit to what matters

• Reset your energy before stepping into what’s next


Journals and pens are provided for you to keep.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one — a limited number will be available. You are also welcome to bring a pillow, blanket or anything else for comfort.

All levels welcome. No experience needed.
