Ceili Dance Workshop with Live Music

Ceili dance instructor Madeleine Higgins guides beginners in jigs, reels, hornpipes, and waltzes, accompanied by zesty Irish traditional music from the trio Thomas, Thomas, and Finch.

Jeff Thomas is a virtuoso player and builder of concertinas, and his son Myles Thomas is equally adept on the fiddle. Tabby Finch is a renowned local performer on keys, harp, accordion, and hammer dulcimer with many CDs to her credit. Dance instructor Madeleine Higgins is a talented solo exhibition dancer.
