C. Schumann, Beethoven, Schubert

Delight in three radiant gems of early Germanic Romantic chamber music, each showcasing the era’s expressive richness and technical brilliance. The program features Piano Trio, from Clara Schumann, one of the 19th century’s most gifted composers, followed by Franz Schubert’s expansive and masterfully crafted Octet. Rounding out the evening is Beethoven’s charming Duo No. 1, for clarinet and bassoon.
