Drift Dojo is hosting a 2 day event full of competition, prizes, and fun!  $50 entry fee covers your track time for both days, entry fee into Saturday competition (prizes for top 3), 1 set of LF3 tires, Entry into drift games on Sunday (prizes for trick driving winners), Pizza on Saturday, Taco bar on Sunday, as well as a memorial keychain charm.   If you have Tables / chairs / awnings please reach out.  

Saturday - Competition day.
10am doors open
10am - 12am : registration and tech
12am-12:30 drivers meeting
12:30 - 1:00 open driving
1:00-4:00 Placement (seeding) battles.
4:00-5:00 open driving / Pizza
5:00 - ? competition bracket
? - 9pm open driving

All judging is done by popular vote of the other drivers.  Generically speaking we are asking guests to use the SDC guideline for judging as their benchmark.  an overview will be covered in the drivers meeting but encourage participants to read the full guideline ahead of time.

Placement battles format.  Each driver will be randomly assigned a short list of opponents (probably 3-4).  You will then tandem battle your matches.  each match is a lead run, and a chase run.  No one more time battles.  your wins will be totaled across all opponents.  your number of wins will determine your placement in the bracket.  Drivers with highest wins will battle drivers with lowest wins in the bracket.  Ties for seeding will be assigned randomly.

Competition bracket is a traditional single elimination bracket.  One more time battles will take place in the event of a tied vote. 
prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers. Details TBD.

Sunday - Matsuri day
10am doors open
10am-2pm open driving
2pm-4pm drift games
4pm - 5pm Taco bar
5pm - 9pm open driving

Our track layout is quickly configurable so we will probably change it up a few times throughout Sunday.  This will include some overpass layouts for a limited time.  Fair warning: the overpass requires a bit more ground clearance and does work your suspension more than the flat track if that is a concern for you.
