It's Party Time!!!!! We did it! Let’s celebrate! It’s been a whole year of working on cosplays so now it’s time to party! Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy some sweet treats and good times with fellow cosplayers and photographers! Plus, let's discuss next year's workshops and photoshoot ideas!

The Michigan Cosplay & Photography Group is excited to host monthly Cosplay Workshops at the Sterling Heights Library.

Whether you're interested in trying cosplay for the first time or just looking to connect to the community in person, this cosplay workshop is a great space to learn all about the craft, meet new people, and work on your own projects.

Let's vote on next year's workshop topics! Monthly topics can be anything, including but not limited to:

-Makeup/special effects
-Posing/Photography tips
-Wig styling
-Prop making
-Elevating costumes/Designing original costumes
-Travel/Packing costumes
-Sewing 101

This group is open to costume makers of all fandoms, styles and skill levels, ages 13 and up!
