Embodiment handlar om att fördjupa kontakten med vår kropp, att uppleva och möta livet därifrån. Du kanske känner dig nyfiken på hur livet skulle kännas om du valde att kliva ur huvudet och ner i kroppen, vad som skulle skifta om du lät din intuition visa vägen och om du vågade leva i just ditt tempo? Eller kanske vill du helt enkelt bara ha mer av det du redan älskar och få vistas i en miljö av likasinnade? Under den här helgen kommer du att få prova på olika sätt att låta kroppen guida dig, i närvaro och lekfullhet. Det handlar inte om prestation eller om att förbättra dig själv, det handlar om att fördjupa kontakten med den du redan är och landa i tillit till att din kropp vet och kan så mycket mer än vad vi ofta tror. Vi ser så mycket fram emot att erbjuda fantastiska workshops och fina möten med dig själv & andra i den vackra naturen på Solhälla. Inga förkunskaper krävs, vi välkomnar dig som är redo att bjuda in mer glädje, sårbarhet, lekfullhet och kontakt. Precis som du är nu. A long weekend in a beautiful natural environment where you get the opportunity to land in your body, to enjoy both movement and stillness in yourself and together with others. This is an invitation to explore different expressions of who you are through, among other things, play, dance, somatic practices, voice and community, all in a safe and vibrant environment. Embodiment is about deepening the connection with our body, to experience and meet life from there. You may feel curious about how life would feel if you chose to step out of your head and into your body, what would change if you let your intuition show the way and if you dared to live at your own pace? Or maybe you simply just want more of what you already love and to be in an environment of like-minded people? During this weekend you will get to try different ways to let your body guide you, in presence and playfulness. It's not about performance or improving yourself, it's about deepening the connection with who you already are and landing in trust that your body knows and can do so much more than we often think. We are so looking forward to offering fantastic workshops and wonderful meetings with yourself & others in the beautiful venue of Solhälla. No prior knowledge is required, we welcome you who are ready to invite more joy, vulnerability, playfulness and contact. Just like you are now.
