- **Event Description**: Over the past year, I have been surrounded by death. Some friends, neighbors, and people I didn’t know so well but once greeted — they are no longer with us.

It has left me feeling vulnerable, and deeply aware that life is fragile, yet resilient, and at the same time, incredibly precious.

Such experiences have shown me how important it is to embrace impermanence, cherish life, and connect with others — to fully feel the beauty of being alive.

Samasati meditation is an invitation to soften into acceptance, to let go of what has ended, and to honor the death of what no longer needs to be carried.

From there, we move into celebration — celebrating breath, movement, connection,and the simple miracle of being alive.

Through guided meditation, dance, and shared presence, we practice living fully in this moment, meeting life as it is, and reconnecting with ourselves and with each other.

Death is not the opposite of life.
It is what gives life its depth and brilliance. 

Samasati is one of my favorite Humaniversity social meditations. It is soft, deep, vulnerable, and heart-opening.
Through my own inner journey and connection with others, it gently brings a profound sense of gratitude and connection with myself.
