Just Conversations is a series of conversations that the University Museum is launching this year. With the play on the word just to connote justice, or more specifically social justice, the Just Conversation series will focus on key issues such as spatial justice, worker struggles, intergenerational struggles, land, identity and indigeneity, the restitution of African knowledge and artefacts, silences in African history, and the role of archives and museums as it relates to social justice to name but a few of the issues that will discussed throughout the year by activists, academics and practitioners.
