- **Event Description**: Every month, on the second Thursday, DfG-YV will be meeting at the United Way office in Steamboat, in the upstairs conference room. Experienced volunteers will be sewing together, and we welcome newcomers to see what we're all about!

Come and learn how to sew DfG patterns. We even have some jobs perfect for non-sewists: adding snaps, cutting fabric, threading drawstrings, etc. Some of the patterns are quite simple and are great for beginner sewists to build their skills and confidence. Some of the other patterns require an experienced touch, but it takes a whole team to create as many dignity kits as possible!

Bring your own machine, polyester threads only--we have some spools if you need. Extra machines and all other materials provided.
