Both tickets will require a waiver to be signed on site.Spectator Ticket: Enjoy watching the Mini Mongol Derby and Pony activities, enjoy some food and drink, enter the raffle, and play some relaxed yard games with this ticket designed to watch.Participant Ticket: These tickets give acess to horse related activities like the mini mongol derby and the pony activities, desctibed more in depth below. Open to ages 3 and up.Activities for the day at the Mongol Derby (participant ticket):Pony Painting: ages 3+ can enjoy desiging and painting a calm and safe horse with non-toxic, washable paint. Design your pony the way you want!Pony rides: ages 3+ can have a positie first horse experienc with our calm and gentle horses. These rides include treats!Mini Mongol Derby: This series of games is designed to test your knowledge, horsemanship, speed, and strategic ability to see if you would survive the Mongol derby.Barrel Race: Ages 7+ Open to CR Summit Members only, compete for glory in the CR Summit Barrel RaceWhat is the Mongol Derby?It is the longest horse race in the world, made possible by the fenceless nomadic culture of Mongolia. This race covers 650 miles through the Mongolian steppes with each racer using over 25 different horses, swapping at designated horse stations to allow for a fast pace. The 650 miles is covered in 10 days or less, depending on how you navigate. While the race is supported, you are self-navigated and there is no single designated course. Only 45 riders a year are given this opportunity after an application process.
