Through teaching, group discussion, and guided meditation, we work with the raw material of our everyday lives: our relationships, our reactions, and our patterns. All to discover the wisdom that's already there and reduce our suffering.About the TeachingsWhen we feel out of control, we get really precise. We know exactly who's to blame. The justifications line up perfectly. And without realizing it, we've made all those justifications the authority in our life instead of ourselves.The water element teachings show us how to reclaim our authority and take responsibility for our experience.Through real conversation, guided practice, and meditation, we discover the antidote: the courage to ask for what we need, to set boundaries that actually protect us, and to give ourselves the words we've been waiting to hear from someone else. When we stop outsourcing our safety, something shifts. We become, as the tradition describes it, indestructible. Not because nothing can touch us, but because we've stopped giving our power away.The way we practice is simple. We bring what's actually going on in our lives into the room.
