THE PRACTICE

In its full form, the practice includes a 15-minute guided tea meditation, a 60-minute yoga sequence inspired by the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class, and a 15-minute tea tasting of high-quality Chinese and Japanese teas.

We’ll take things slow, gradually building toward the full sequence week by week, creating a strong foundation for your home practice.

YOUR GUIDE

Niki completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021 and a 75-hour advanced training in 2025. She’s currently deepening her studies in tea and meditation, while also exploring trauma-sensitive approaches to yoga.
