Let’s talk hormones, moods, energy shifts, sex drive, and everything in between—without shame and stigma, maybe with some awkward silences?
Expect real talk, some laughs, and a few things you’ll wish you knew years ago.
This evening is organized in cooperation with Susanne Jager and Helene Urrang. Susanne is founder of NatalWisdom. She is a passionate Stavanger‑based birth educator and postpartum guide who’s great at translating complex stuff into plain, practical language men (and women) can actually use. Helene is a certified cycle coach facilitator, supporting women in getting to know their bodies and menstrual cycle better.
Terran Community is a platform for equal opportunities and belonging, where individuals can take initiative, build networks, find inspiration, and start collaborations. The community operates on a volunteer basis, driven by the initiatives of its members. Our events are open to everyone and free of charge.
