This is the final event in the Terran Connections series!
In this session, we’ll get practical and show how our community is built. You’ll learn about our initiative-driven, self-organising structure, how easy it is to start your own initiative, and how Terran connects to the wider social fabric of the region.
The evening includes a short presentation by Lars and an activity led by Veranika. More information is coming soon.
Lars Urheim is one of the founders of Terran and our Community Steward.
Veranika Paniznik is an experienced art teacher with an architectural background, and the author and host of the Morning Sketch events at Terran.

About the Terran Connections series so far:
October 2:
In the first event, we introduced the many initiatives that shape the weekly life at Terran. Community members presented their activities and shared what motivates them to contribute. In the second part of the evening, Irfan Zia hosted a guided networking session with fun and thoughtful questions that helped us explore ideas together and connect as a group.
November 13:
This event focused on the philosophy and background of Terran. Lars gave a deeper insight into the structural challenges Terran responds to, and why relationships and community matter when you want to create change — in your own life or in society. He placed Terran within the broader social context of our region.
After the talk, Jomo Masai led an interactive session where we explored our human need for connection, shared personal reflections, and went deeper into the topic through a guided activity.
Terran Community is a platform for equal opportunities and belonging, where individuals can take initiative, build networks, find inspiration, and start collaborations. The community operates on a volunteer basis, driven by the initiatives of its members. Our events are open to everyone and free of charge.
