Velkommen til en omvisning i Ebecho Muslimovas utstilling 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘣𝘦 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘴, der kurator Heather Jones gir en inngående presentasjon av sentrale elementer i utstillingen. Publikum får et spesielt innblikk i temaene bak verkene, kunstnerens prosess, samt den personlige og samfunnsmessige relevansen av utstillingen.
Kjernen i Muslimovas praksis er en fascinasjon for arketypen Tricksteren; en mytologisk skikkelse som krysser grenser og forstyrrer normer. Muslimova bruker denne arketypen til å dykke ned i underbevisstheten og avdekke dens kreative potensial. På Kunsthall Stavanger utforsker Muslimova levende både det individuelle og kollektive underbevisste gjennom «Fatebe», en forestilt karakter som beveger seg gjennom skyggefulle kulisser og psykiske rom – inkludert flere av Kunsthallens egne saler.
Denne kvelden inviteres publikum til å gå i dialog med både verkene og kuratoren.
Omvisningen er inkludert i billetten og gratis for alle medlemmer av Kunsthall Stavanger.

Welcome to a guided tour of Ebecho Muslimova's exhibition 𝘍𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘣𝘦 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘥𝘰𝘸𝘴, where curator Heather Jones provides an in-depth look at key concepts in the exhibition. The audience will gain a special insight into the themes behind the works, the artist's process, and the personal and societal relevance of the exhibition.
At the core of Muslimova’s practice is a fascination with the archetype of the Trickster; a mythological character who crosses boundaries and disrupts norms. Muslimova uses this archetype to dive into the subconscious and reveal its creative potential. At Kunsthall Stavanger, Muslimova vividly explores the individual and collective subconscious through ‘Fatebe’, an imagined character that moves through shadowed interiors and psychic spaces, including several of the Kunsthall’s own galleries.
This evening, the audience is invited to enter into a dialogue with both the works and the curator.
The tour is included with the price of admission and free for all Kunsthall Stavanger members.
The tour will last approximately 40 min. with additional time for questions and discussion.
