We examined this sentence, both of us finding words on these streets that might resonate; we looked, but we weren’t looking for any uplifting words or meaning. We were looking for something that we ourselves haven’t found yet.
KVE • LE • TTERING is a stretch, an extension of our ongoing working method. As curious observers of “type,” we spot letter-like shapes in clouds, branches, or the outline of odd rooftops, imagining it could be an upside-down ‘A’ or a ‘J’ with a long tail. We sample shapes from daily exploration and offer them meanings.

A typography-based design duo, founded by K.Chen (K.C) and Kasper Quaink (K.Q) back in the summer of 2023. They concentrate on the intersection of experimental typography and community, by organizing analogue- based (mostly) typographical workshops with diverse materials and methods. Exploring the potential of type alongside their participants.
