It is possible to sleep at the dojo for free (there are mattresses, pillows and beddings available). There is also a kitchenette there with fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, water and coffee cookers, and foodshops, bakery & pharmacy nearby, washer/dryer. Those who fly can also borrow duvets (=dyne) 2. Hotel / Hostel /Bed&Breakfast (more info on JuShinKan website, under “location”) About Hélène Doué Sensei: She started practicing Aikido as a 9 year-old with Christian Tissier, and is still, 30 years later, practicing and studying with Tissier sensei. Through rigorous and plentiful practice she has achieved 6. dan, and is member of the technical committee for the Normandie region. She is thus a technician, precise, yet her practice can be characterized as generous, joyful, yet effective. Moreover, as one of the few professional aikido teachers, she runs one of the larger dojos of France in the South of Paris.
