Thrift and Flip Workshop

The Thrift & Flip workshop invites participants to see everyday objects through a creative lens by transforming secondhand finds into something entirely new. We will begin with a guided thrift excursion to a local shop, where each participant will select one item to work with, then return to Art Hive to deconstruct, reimagine, and creatively flip it using a variety of mixed media techniques. This workshop emphasizes sustainability, experimentation, and playful problem-solving, encouraging participants to push past an item’s original purpose and discover unexpected possibilities.
